📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet monthly targets.,Conduct regular store visits to monitor sales performance and customer satisfaction.,Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to enhance the shopping experience.,Coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective communication and collaboration.,Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Assist in training and developing new retail sales consultants.,Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are optimized for sales.,Participate in promotional events and sales campaigns to drive revenue growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail sales software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
