• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and drive innovation within the engineering team.
• Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, with at least 5 years of experience in engineering management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects and teams.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, tools, and software, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and ANSYS.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Professional certifications in engineering management or related fields are a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
