📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth hiring experience for new employees.,Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and conflicts to maintain a harmonious workplace.,Administer payroll and benefits, ensuring accurate and timely processing.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with company goals.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in workforce planning and development, identifying training needs and opportunities.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration.,Knowledge of workforce planning and development strategies.
