Hokian Eko Restaurant is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia while contributing to our growing business.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate employee benefits and compensation packages.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.,Organize and facilitate training and development programs for employees.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the management team in strategic HR planning and decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
