Point Max Sejahtera is seeking a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Bantul, DI Yogyakarta. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide exceptional dining experiences to our customers. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage costs.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and presented according to high standards of quality and hygiene.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment for both staff and customers.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Train and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and local laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and profitability.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
