📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights for business decision-making,Manage payroll processing and ensure timely payment of employees,Monitor and reconcile bank accounts and financial transactions,Prepare and submit tax returns and financial statements,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes,Maintain accurate records of fixed assets and inventory

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or financial management,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international financial reporting standards,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages
