Base Pearl Dinamis is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Internal Audit to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. Your strong analytical skills and commitment to excellence will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of internal control and compliance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and execution of internal audit activities.,Review financial records and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.,Identify and assess risks and controls within the organization.,Prepare and present audit reports to management and board members.,Conduct interviews and gather evidence to support audit findings.,Collaborate with other departments to implement corrective actions based on audit recommendations.,Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in internal audit or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
