📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the supervision of production activities to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Coordinate with team members to plan and execute production schedules.,Monitor production progress and identify areas for improvement.,Maintain accurate records of production data and report to management.,Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specified standards.,Address and resolve any production issues or conflicts promptly.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to problem-solving sessions.,Assist in the training and development of junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a production or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using production management software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian.
