Bay Urban Mandiri is seeking a dedicated and professional Butler to join our team in Canggu. As a Butler, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during their stay.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Provide exceptional housekeeping services, including laundry and ironing.
  • Arrange and coordinate transportation for guests.
  • Assist with meal preparation and serving.
  • Ensure the comfort and satisfaction of guests by addressing their needs promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized living space.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Butler or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to providing excellent service.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
