📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance,Identify training needs and design appropriate training programs,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and engage employees,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed,Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure training programs meet their needs,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth,Measure and report on the impact of training programs on employee performance and business outcomes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills,Ability to work collaboratively with managers and employees at all levels,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies,Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus
