📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies and plans.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.,Support the sales team in preparing and presenting sales proposals and pitches.,Assist in negotiating contracts and closing sales deals.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and customers.,Monitor and report on sales performance and KPIs.,Assist in training and mentoring new sales team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.,Knowledge of the local market and industry trends is a plus.
