Lingkungan Adi Coffee is seeking a dedicated Deputy Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the future of our coffee farming community. We are looking for someone who is passionate about education and committed to sustainable coffee farming practices.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Teacher in planning and delivering educational programs for coffee farmers.,Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the farming community.,Monitor the progress of participants and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.,Organize and facilitate workshops and seminars on sustainable coffee farming techniques.,Collaborate with the team to develop and implement educational materials and resources.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.,Promote the values and principles of sustainable coffee farming within the community.,Assist in the coordination of community events and activities related to education and sustainable farming.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Agriculture, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or training in the agricultural sector.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Familiarity with sustainable coffee farming practices and principles.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid teaching or training certification is preferred.,Passion for education and commitment to sustainable coffee farming.
