📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff to maintain high performance standards.,Implement and enforce inventory control systems to minimize stockouts and overstocks.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels.,Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records and compliance with company policies.,Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven experience in supervising warehouse staff and managing warehouse operations.,Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and processes.,Familiarity with warehouse management software and ERP systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
