📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the distribution of tea products to ensure timely and efficient delivery.,Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to meet customer demands.,Maintain strong relationships with distributors to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor inventory levels and order new stock as needed.,Conduct regular checks on the quality of delivered products.,Prepare and maintain distribution reports for management.,Assist in the development and implementation of distribution strategies.,Provide excellent customer service to distributors and customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in distribution or supply chain management.,Strong understanding of the tea industry and distribution processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with distribution management systems is a plus.,Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and travel occasionally.
