CV Sinergi Otoman is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fleet management and a passion for efficiency and safety. This role is crucial in ensuring that our vehicles are well-maintained, operated safely, and used effectively to support our business operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the company's fleet.,Ensure that all vehicles are in safe working condition and comply with all regulations.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to schedule vehicle usage and maintenance.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to identify areas for improvement.,Manage and maintain vehicle documentation, including insurance, registration, and service records.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support to drivers and other staff regarding vehicle issues and safety concerns.,Conduct regular fleet audits to ensure compliance and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
