📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job advertising, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Assist in developing and implementing employee development programs to enhance skills and performance.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
• Maintain and update employee records using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
• Collaborate with managers to address employee concerns and resolve issues.
• Stay updated with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating HR-related events and activities.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in Talent Acquisition or Employee Development.
• Proficient in using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and software such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, or Lever.
• Certification in HR-related fields (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
