🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior management role within the hospitality or maritime industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, clients, and stakeholders.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.,Knowledge of the local market and industry trends is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
