Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and development.,Develop and implement data analysis strategies to support business objectives and improve decision-making processes.,Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business growth and innovation.,Create and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards to effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data analysis projects.,Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and security of data, and implement processes to maintain data quality and integrity.,Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools, techniques, and industry trends to continuously improve our data analysis capabilities.,Provide training and development opportunities for the data analysis team to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, with a proven track record of leading data analysis projects and teams.,Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and technologies, including SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and solve complex data-related challenges.,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of data analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and development.,Experience in working with large and complex data sets, and a strong understanding of data modeling and visualization techniques.,Familiarity with industry-specific data analysis techniques and best practices, and a strong understanding of the data analysis lifecycle.
