In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our vehicles. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Ensure that all vehicles are maintained to a high standard, with regular servicing and repairs as needed.,Oversee the scheduling and routing of vehicles, ensuring that they are used efficiently and effectively.,Monitor fuel consumption and other costs associated with fleet operations, and work to reduce these where possible.,Manage and maintain relationships with third-party suppliers and service providers, such as fuel companies and repair shops.,Ensure that all fleet operations comply with relevant laws and regulations, and that all drivers are properly trained and certified.,Provide support and guidance to junior fleet coordinators and other team members as needed.,Attend and participate in relevant training and development opportunities to improve your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A degree in a relevant field, such as transportation, logistics, or business administration.,At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of fleet operations and management.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with third-party suppliers and service providers.,Proficiency in the use of relevant software and tools, such as fleet management systems and GPS tracking software.,A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.,A flexible and adaptable attitude, with the ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
