📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Manage employee relations, including performance management, discipline, and grievance handling.,Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and initiatives to improve workplace morale and productivity.,Oversee the administration of employee benefits and compensation packages.,Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support in their respective roles.,Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using HR information systems and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
