📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of the company's fleet of vessels.,Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and regulatory requirements.,Coordinate with other departments to schedule and perform maintenance activities.,Train and mentor junior maintenance technicians.,Develop and implement maintenance plans and procedures.,Conduct regular inspections and audits of vessels and equipment.,Manage maintenance budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair of vessels and marine equipment.,Knowledge of international maritime regulations and standards.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Valid certification as a Marine Engineer or equivalent.

🛠️ Keahlian

Knowledge of marine equipment and systems.Experience with maintenance management software.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance.Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols.
