📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and analyze financial and operational data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Manage budgets and financial planning for the Lubuk Gaung operations.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the agricultural business, including production, inventory, and logistics.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance of the operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the agribusiness or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient in using financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with agribusiness operations and practices is a plus.
