📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analysis and creating job descriptions and specifications,Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process,Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising the job to onboarding the new hire,Providing feedback and guidance to hiring managers on the recruitment process and results,Maintaining and updating the company's applicant tracking system (ATS),Conducting research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the talent market

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar role,Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding top talent,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities,Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS),Ability to work in a remote environment and manage time effectively
