📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high service standards.,Monitor and report on sales performance, and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Participate in inventory audits and ensure accurate stock levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a retail or food service environment.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.,Must have a valid driver's license.
