Pacific Mining is seeking a dedicated Store Operator to join our team in Gowa, Sulawesi Selatan. This is an immediate opening, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible. The Store Operator will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring smooth inventory management, and providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of Rp 6.000.000 – Rp 8.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures.,Ensure proper inventory management and stock control.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Monitor store security and safety measures.,Assist in restocking and organizing merchandise.,Generate and maintain accurate sales and inventory reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or store operation role.,Strong communication and customer service skills.,Attention to detail and organizational skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with basic inventory management software is a plus.,Must be able to lift and move items up to 20 kg.,Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
