In this role, you will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation for our products and services. Your ability to communicate complex information in a user-friendly manner will be crucial to the success of this position.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Create user manuals, quick start guides, API documentation, and other relevant materials.,Ensure documentation is up-to-date and reflects the latest product changes.,Review and edit documentation for clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.,Assist in the creation of training materials and other educational content.,Provide technical writing support for marketing and sales materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with technical documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Strong understanding of software development processes and terminology.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with version control systems like Git is a plus.
