📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Design and conduct assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Identify training needs and recommend appropriate training solutions.,Collaborate with department heads to align training programs with business objectives.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their development.,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies.,Stay updated with the latest training trends and best practices.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Valid ID and work permit for Manado.
