You will utilize tools like Salesforce and SAP to manage customer interactions and streamline processes, all while contributing to the growth of DP World's international trade operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer service to both domestic and international clients, ensuring their needs are met with prompt and professional responses.
• Utilize Salesforce and SAP to manage customer interactions, track queries, and streamline processes.
• Assist in the coordination of freight forwarding operations, including documentation, scheduling, and tracking.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and service requests.
• Collaborate with the logistics and freight forwarding teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulations to provide accurate and valuable advice to clients.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of customer service strategies and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant industry regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or a related field.
• Proficient in using Salesforce and SAP, or willingness to learn these tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to different locations within Bali and beyond.
