In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, espresso-based beverages, and other menu items. You'll also be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, assist with cash handling, and ensure customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, cold brews, and specialty coffees.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning equipment and restocking supplies.
• Assist customers with menu selections and recommend drinks based on their preferences.
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment, such as espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands.
• Handle cash transactions and provide change accurately.
• Ensure a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all customers.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and hygienic workspace.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role in the F&B industry is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds.
