📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prospect and qualify potential clients in Bali’s diverse market sectors.
• Present products/services to clients, highlighting benefits and addressing their needs.
• Negotiate deals and close sales, meeting or exceeding quarterly targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Utilize Salesforce and HubSpot to manage the sales pipeline and track performance.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities.
• Attend industry events and networking sessions to expand your professional network.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of the local market in Bali.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
