In this role, you'll spend your days visiting farms, conducting farm visits, and providing technical assistance to farmers. You'll be responsible for promoting our range of high-quality agricultural products, such as fertilizers, seeds, and agricultural equipment. Your ability to communicate effectively and build trust with farmers will be crucial in helping them adopt and integrate our products into their farming practices.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct farm visits and assessments to understand farmers' needs and challenges.
• Provide technical assistance and training to farmers on best practices for crop and livestock management.
• Promote and sell our range of agricultural products, including fertilizers, seeds, and agricultural equipment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers to foster long-term partnerships.
• Collect and analyze data on farmers' productivity, profitability, and adoption of our products.
• Assist in the implementation of agricultural projects and initiatives aimed at improving farmers' livelihoods.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to the team on farmers' needs and market trends.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in agricultural extension, farmer support, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of agricultural practices, including crop and livestock management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with farmers.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with agricultural software and tools, such as Farm Management Information Systems (FMIS).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for farm visits.
