📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages to customers,Maintain and operate espresso machines and other coffee equipment,Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels,Clean and sanitize work areas to maintain high standards of hygiene,Assist in training new staff members,Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive guest experience,Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment,Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry,Knowledge of various coffee brewing methods and techniques,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Strong communication and customer service skills,Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of hygiene,Familiarity with basic barista equipment and maintenance,Willingness to learn and adapt to new coffee trends,Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
